Booking Process Overview

1. Confirm Your Dates:
   • Once you have confirmed your preferred travel dates, please notify our relevant booking executive. They will then send you an email containing all the essential details, including:
     • Our account number for the advance payment.
     • A secure link to transfer the advance via our website.

2. Payment for Booking:

• To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards for payment. Please note that there is a 2.5% additional fee for card transactions.
• Once the advance payment is made, we will proceed with the reservation.

3. Hotel Availability Check:

• After receiving your advance payment, we will verify the availability of the selected hotels. If any of your chosen hotels are unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
• We will also provide alternative hotel suggestions and highlight any price differences for your approval before finalizing the booking.

4. Hotel Confirmation and Voucher:

• Once the reservation is confirmed and the hotel availability is secured, a hotel voucher will be issued. Depending on the urgency of the booking, please allow up to 1–2 weeks for the voucher to be sent.
• We require confirmation from the hotel via email before issuing the voucher to ensure everything is in place.

5. Cab Details:

• You will receive SMS notifications with cab details one day prior to your arrival. This ensures you have all the necessary information for a smooth pick-up.

6. Arrival and Customer Relationship Center:

• Upon arrival (specifically for Cochin pick-ups), you will be greeted by our team and transported to our customer relationship center.
  
• At the center, we will go over the entire package with you, ensuring that all commitments are clearly understood.
  
• During this session, we will also collect any outstanding balance, ensuring that all financial aspects are settled before you proceed with your trip.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance is required to confirm your booking. This advance is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

   

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit or debit card on our secure website. For alternative payment methods, please contact us directly.

   

• Voucher Issuance: Hotel vouchers and other booking confirmations are issued after receiving hotel email confirmation and payment processing. Please plan accordingly for potential delays.

   

• Balance Payment: The outstanding balance for your tour package should be cleared prior to or at the time of your arrival at our customer relationship center.

   

• Changes to Reservation: Any changes to your booking, including modifications to dates, hotel, or transport, must be communicated as early as possible. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only once the advance payment is received, and all necessary confirmations from hotels and transport services are obtained. A confirmation email, along with your booking details, will be sent to you once everything is in place.
