This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made for tours, activities, and services provided by Coastal Cruisers. By booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms. In the event of any unavoidable or avoidable cancellations, the request must be sent in writing to our provided email address. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your cancellation request. Kindly ensure to review the applicable cancellation terms based on your package category.
Cancellation Policy Category 1: For Packages with up to 6 Adults and 2 Rooms
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Arrival:
- No cancellation charge will be applied.
- Full refund of the advance payment.
- No cancellation charge will be applied.
- Cancellation Between 30-22 Days Before Arrival:
- 20% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- 20% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Between 21-11 Days Before Arrival:
- 50% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- 50% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before Arrival:
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No refund will be provided.
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For Full Payment Tours (100% Payment Made):
- If canceled less than 10 days before arrival, 40% of the advance (which is part of the total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If canceled less than 10 days before arrival, 40% of the advance (which is part of the total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
The remaining 60% of the total payment will be refunded within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy Category 2: For Packages with More Than 6 Adults and 2 Rooms
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Arrival:
- Full refund of the advance payment.
- No cancellation charges.
- Full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellation Between 30-15 Days Before Arrival:
- 50% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- 50% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival:
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No refund will be provided.
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For Full Payment Tours (100% Payment Made):
- If canceled less than 15 days before arrival, 40% of the advance will be charged.
- No refund will be provided on the advance amount, but the remaining 60% of the total payment will be refunded within 7 days.
- If canceled less than 15 days before arrival, 40% of the advance will be charged.
Cancellation Policy During High Peak Tourist Season
The following applies to cancellations made within 30 days of arrival during peak tourist seasons:
- No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations (Less Than 30 Days):
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No refund will be provided.
- 100% of the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Note: Peak Tourist Seasons include:
- Long weekends
- Dussehra Holidays
- Pooja Holidays
- Diwali Holidays
- Christmas and New Year Holidays (especially from 15th December to 10th January)

Refund of Payment
Refunds will be processed via the following methods:
- Cheque
- Online Banking
- Credit Card Transactions
Refunds will be made within a minimum of 10 days from the date of cancellation.
