Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and the Company (“We” or “Our”). By using our services or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing & Payment

1. The Pricing provided for the package is for the specified dates and is valid for a specific period.

    

2. Payments: For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balanced amount can be paid in 8 to 10 days before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

    

3. Tour Packages Confirmation can be made by making 40% as advance payment and a Balance payment of 60% should be made 10 days before arrival. This condition of percentage might affect peak season, as certain Resorts and services can be availed only by paying the full amount in advance.

    

Cancellation & Amendments

1. Cancellations of the package will be carried out only as per our policies and partial cancellations or amendments will be made as per the fare and policies at the point of action.
   

Customisation & Changes

1. The Resorts and destinations suggested from our side will be always open to your suggestions and changes before booking. Once the booking has been made, at the time of the trip the change in hotels or destination is not possible.

    

2. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour and service Cost, if there are any Hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel costs, fare or guide charges – by Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
   

Itinerary & Scheduling

1. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.

    

2. Individuals are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. If a customer misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.

    

3. Places will be covered as per the final plan shared by the consultant at the time of booking, any other attractions added to the plan at the time of travel would be added, and switching attractions in between travel is also not allowed within the package.
   

Liability & Responsibility

1. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

    

2. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, or property, in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

    

3. We shall not be responsible for any property damage, loss, injury, damage to a person, or death while participating or engaging in third-party tour activities like horse riding, swimming, boating, adventure sports, wildlife trucking, paragliding, etc., and animal attack.
   

Insurance & Emergencies

1. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, death, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements beforehand travelling.

    

2. We shall arrange a doctor, and medical hospital facilities in case of sickness or health emergencies of the client and will arrange police aid, fire, and safety aid from nearby government authority centers for any emergency that happens on the travel trip. Any payment or expenses required for the above-mentioned service provider will be on a direct payment basis by the traveler.
   

Luggage & Personal Items

1. All baggage & personal property are to be kept at the client’s risk. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
   

Advisories & Restrictions

1. We request all customers review travel warnings, announcements, advisories, and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments before confirming their bookings.

    

2. By offering travel products for particular destinations, we do not guarantee that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. We are not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
   

Accommodation & Facilities

1. The Hotels in destinations such as Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, etc. don’t operate AC in the rooms on a normal basis. Köppen-Geiger climate classification system classifies these regions are subtropical highlands (Cwb).

    

2. The standard check-in time to the Hotels/Resorts is 02.00 pm and Check-out is about 11.00 am Morning. Early check-in and late checkout would be chargeable additional.

    

3. Museums, Zoo Monuments, etc.… will remain closed on Mondays, and the Jewish synagogue Kochi, and Mattanchery Palace will remain closed on Fridays and Saturdays.

    

4. Honeymoon Inclusions offered in the Houseboat are purely a simple complimentary add-on from our side, which is not subject to any refund if it is unable to be provided due to any last-minute issue or any dissatisfaction from the customer’s end.
   

Houseboat Services

1. Houseboat A/C Conditions:
   

• Deluxe Houseboat – Ac from 9 pm to 6 am in the room.

   

• Premium Houseboat – Ac 12 pm to 9 am inside the room.

   

• Luxury Houseboat – Ac 12 pm to 9 am covers the whole Houseboat.
  

Attraction Availability

1. Eravikulam National Park Munnar will be closed for 3 months a year based upon the breeding period of the goats (Nilgiris Tahr).
   

Miscellaneous

1. The images used in the holiday package on our itinerary are for representational purposes only.

    

2. All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol, mini bar, telephone bills, pre-paid or post-paid SIM cards, etc. will be on a direct payment basis by the traveler to the service provider.

    

3. As it is a service industry and we are providing a service, not a product, the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the tour mostly depends on one’s personal interest and taste, so we are not liable for any refund due to not likeness of the destinations you have visited unless we fail to provide any service as we have promised at the time of booking.
   

Transport Terms

1. The packages (domestic) including cab will be on a time basis (08.00 am to 07:00 pm) every other day except on arrival day pick up can be arranged from 06.00 am onwards and on the last day drop can be managed till 07.00 pm. Additional hours will be chargeable directly to the driver.
   

Package Pricing Note

1. The Package cost published on the website is the least expected cost of the year, the price can vary with respect to the seasonal traffic of your travel date.
